Prospect Academy of Westchester – multilingual daycare center will host an annual charitable event, Halloween in a Magical Garden, on Saturday, October 28th 11:00 am – 1:00 pm to benefit the Soup Kitchen at St.

WHITE PLAINS, NY, October 02, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ — For the past three years, Prospect Academy has welcomed Westchester families with children ages two to ten to Halloween Festival with fun outdoor activities, arts and crafts, live music, and refreshments. Our community comes together to celebrate with laughter, dancing, and fun while supporting a wonderful cause.

“Local preschool drawing quite a crowd to support a spooktacular cause. Plenty of little ghosts and goblins on hand for Prospect Academy’s Halloween benefit for disabled children in the Ukraine,” News 12 Westchester.

This year Prospect Academy encourages everyone who joins this Halloween Celebration to help the Soup Kitchen at St. Bartholomew’s Church. The Soup Kitchen provides nearly 2500 meals every year to undocumented workers, the unemployed, the mentally ill, the truly poor.

“At Prospect Academy we seek every opportunity to give back to our community and those who are in need,” says Elena Paolercio, co-founder and event organizer at Prospect Academy.

Prospect Academy of Westchester is a Montessori oriented early childhood education and daycare center. Our commitment is to create a safe and nurturing environment for each child to develop a strong foundation for becoming a lifelong confident and independent learner. We believe in the benefits of bilingual education and the fact that being fluent in more than one language promotes not only early literacy but also helps recognize, understand and adapt to people from different cultures, which is an essential skill in our modern global society.
