Atlanta Georgia based company Dew Drop Productions and Prince George’s County, Maryland based production house Empire United/Jenkins Brothers announce a multi-year, co-production agreement.

ATLANTA, GA, September 07, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ — Dew Drop Productions, an Atlanta based production house and Empire United/Jenkins Brothers (based out of Prince George’s County Maryland), announce a multi-year, co-production agreement. The joint announcement was made by Dew Drop Productions CEO/Founder E. Dewey Smith and Jimmy Jenkins CEO/Founder of United Empire.

The two power production house companies are preparing for a multi-city release for their latest film project titled “Sinners Wanted” starring actors Clifton Powell, Lamman Rucker, Joseph Callendar, gospel artist Tasha Cobbs, TV One news commentator Roland Martin and WeTV reality star Traci Braxton. The film earned great recognition as an official selection at the San Francisco Black Film Festival, the African American Women in Cinema Film Festival and the Pan African American Film Festival in Los Angeles. “Sinners Wanted” was selected and shown at the Independent Film Screen Filming at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival.

Jimmy Jenkins, CEO/Founder makes the following statement regarding the production partnership decision: “We believe that the combined creativity and production experience of our firms will generate much needed high quality inspirational and faith based content”. Dew Drop Productions’ CEO E Dewey Smith concurred stating: “We are in tremendous need of content that will positively impact culture. This agreement will help us to accelerate our efforts. The partnership is now in pre-production for their next multi-million dollar feature scheduled for shooting in 2019.

Dew Drop Production was officially formed in 2018. The executive team brings over 70 years of production experience in developing Inspirational Short Films, music videos and television broadcast. A for their most recent productions include “Complex Good”, “Giants”, “4Ever” (Music Video) and “The Desi Banks Show.” The Desi Banks Show was developed for and distributed exclusively on YouTube and garnered 5.3 million views in its first season.
